Building on his business management experience, Michael began to offer training to the management system standards registration assessment to companies seeking certification and it was through these activities that Michael began his association with NQA. Alexandra Chalif a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with a Masters in Psychology as well is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and holds multiple certifications in Hypnosis. The last seven years she has been studying at Harvard Medical Mind-Body Institute.


In 1991, Alexandra Chalif founded the AARW (Alliance of American and Russian Women Inc.) and served as its President through 2000  helping  2000+ women start businesses, and is affiliated with International Women Presidents Organization (WPO), a non-profit  organization with a diverse group of entrepreneurial women presidents. 


In 2009, she joined the Western Connecticut Health System in their Integrative Medicine Department, and with surgeon Courtney Chambers,  MD created a program focused on better outcome for 4000+ patients working with a hypnotherapist  before and during surgery. These protocols were successfully  implemented at Columbia-Presbyterian, Yale, St. Francis at Hartford. Chalif  maintains a private practice in Washington, CT.
